I’m also just a girl who grew up in Whistler BC, who loves nature, biking, skiing, hiking, paddle boarding, the ocean, dancing, animals, farmer’s markets, travelling, camping, family, friends, and food!
I became completely vegan 2 years ago, after close to a year of slowly replacing chicken, fish, meat, cheese, and dairy with whole-food, plant-based options. Since then, my excitement for food has sky-rocketed, my relationship with food has become easy and emotionally healthier (I now have more excitement about eating in abundance, because whole, plant-foods are naturally low-calorie, nutrient-dense and are easily assimilated by the body), and my passion for sharing these recipes and new found knowledge grew to a point that I need an outlet!

It’s all about eating a whole food, plant-based diet for your body to thrive on, so you can live your life with the clean, bursting energy. Going vegan is about getting closer to your healthiest self, helping the animals and minimizing the environmental impact by simply choosing what you put on your plate.
All of my recipes are vegan, and most are whole food based. Don’t worry, they’re still bursting with flavour, and sometimes I stray from these clean eating rules to re-create childhood comfort food faves minus the animal products.
