- 1 banana
- 1 avocado
- 1 scoop vegan protein powder (Iron Vegan, Veg Essentials, Vega)
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- water (amount varies depending on the consistency you like)
- Peel your banana, and scoop out your avocado
- Blend all ingredients on high
- Consume!
